Blood Suckers
So I went to the doctor today. It was supposed to be a physical seeing as to how I haven't had one in 3 yrs. But I had other issues to deal with as well. So here's the low down. Firstly I have this stuff under my eyes that makes them red sometimes, so I'm getting this "shampoo" for it. Secondly I am officially lactose intolerant. And all those years my stomach mysteriously hurt for no good reason other than it being mean, well it's cuz I'm missing the enzeyme that breaks down milk sugar. Yay me! Now I can't eat most of my favorite foods. :-( we'll see how long that lasts. But the biggest news from my trip is this: I HAVE ALLERGIES! Not only do I have allergies, no, I have alot of them. So I'm going to go back to the allergists specialists and she will tell me what I'm allergic to. And then I'll get treatment so that'll get rid of my black bags. Yippee!
Following the docotr I had to go to the blood suckers, a.k.a the lab technicians, to get a blood sample to test something or other. Now my arm hurts :-( and I didn't even get a bandaid.
Easy fasting everyone.

97
This is my 97th post since I started this almost a year ago. I suppose that for my 100th post I will talk about the difference between then and now. But for now let's talk stuff.
Hello, it's Erev Rosh Hashana! You know what tomorrow night really is? It's the beginning of our 2 day celebration to coronate G-D. It's insane. My roomate has been freaking out all week. But really, Yom Kippur is the scary day. Tomorrow is gonna be awesome.
I'm in New Haven for the special day, and Shayna's mom makes an awesome mandel bread. Yay.
Here's a picture I could have posted last time if my computer would have worked.

Humph
The single most important job of my insurance company is to annoy me. That is the goal of the entire company. You know what? They are doing a fanabulous job of it. ARGH!!!!!
Meanwhile in other news, I am refusing to read the first book of Thomas More's "Utopia". I don't understand a word of what I am reading. It's like asking me to read 30+ pages of Russian. uh uh, so not happening.
I did however make a really good dinner. It was chicken for those of you who must know. And my neighbor Nikki (name changed to protect the one I don't know) got a window plant for her kitchen. I think I made a mistake, I think it's the person in the Apt above Nikki, who has the plant. Whatever.
My life. I feel like I should add a picture since this post isn't so great. I'll find one. Nevermind, it timed out. Have a goodnight, I'm playing Scrabble.

Toys R Us!
Shayna and I checked out Toys R Us. But not just any Toys R Us, the flagship Toy R Us. Did you know that some people who work there their jobs are to play with specific toys. Like one guy, his purpose was to fly this dingelhopper thing. But those were employees for a specific manufacturer. Actual employees of the story only get to play with toys during free moments. Either way, it sounds like fun.
This was the lollipop Shayna didn't know what to make of.
This kid and company are not only made out of Legos, but the reside on the ceiling of the Legos department.
I really enjoy living in the city. True some parts of school are rocky, but hello, Manhattan!!! So much goes on all the time, everything is exciting.

In the dorm
Today was the first time I had internet in the dorm, or drom as I spelled it before.
Wow, life has been crazy. I got a steady babysitting job today, at least I hope it remains steady.
Right now I'm trying to deal with school and the fact that I still need to pack for shabbos.
I am so tired right now, I can't think straight. I've been walking (fast) alot lately, trying to catch subways and stuff, and going to bed later than I would like.
I think I need to finish checking on peoples blogs and then go shower.

My blonde joke:
A blonde inherits a horse ranch, with two horses, from a dying uncle. Unfortunately she can't tell them apart, so she goes to her neighbors for help. Her first neighbor tells her to trim the tail of one of the horses. This works well until the second horse gets its tail caught in a bush and needs to be cut out. So she goes to her second neighbor and is told to clip the ear of one of the horses. This works well until the second horse gets its ear caught on a fence. Her third neighbor tells her to measure her horses. She measures her horses and sure enough, he black one is 2 inches taller than the white one.
It's mine, all mine!!!!
Good news every one! I have a laptop, and it's my very own, paid by the fruits of my labor this summer. And no, none of my kids bought it for me, cuz then I would need kids to do that.
But check it out. The top Picture is my bed and little area all set up nicely. Some of you may notice my Minnie Mouse Pillow case, and sheet on the floor, ignore it, it's just me reliving my past.

And here it is in all it's glory. My beautiful laptop!

I'm back in blogging business baby!
