This post is for Atara

OK see here's my deal, I have camp during the day then I have class at night. But thankfully school only has one day to go. So in the mean time you should just re-read my orange colored post and then soon when I'm not exhausted I'll write something funny.

Oh in the meantime I'll quote a funny movie.

Quotes from Neverwhere, by Neil Gaiman: (you should read it)

Richard Oliver Mayhew: This ordeal of yours, how much of an ordeal is it? Is this the kind of ordeal like going to visit a rather elderly, ill-kempt, and female relative is an ordeal? Or is this kind of ordeal more like a... like a plunging your hand into scalding hot water to see how fast it takes off the skin sort of ordeal?

[Under threat of torture]
Richard Oliver Mayhew: We don't matter. Don't set it free.
The Marquis De Carabas: Actually I matter very much, but I have to agree. Don't do it.

From the Incredibles:

Oliver Sansweet: [Mr. Incredible intercepts him on his way down and his momentum carries them both through the window of the building] Ow! I think you broke something.
Mr. Incredible: Well, with counseling, I think you'll come to forgive me.

Edna: You need a new suit, that much is certain.
Bob: A new suit? Well, where the heck am I gonna get a new suit?
Edna: You can't! It's impossible! I'm far too busy, so ask me now before I again become sane.
Bob: Wait? you want to make me a suit?
Edna: You push too hard, darling! But I accept!

Goodnight.

It's about time...

It's simply been ages and ages since I last posted. My life has been chaotic and tiring lately.

What's odd about this summer is that I feel as if I am understanding the world alot more than I ever did. I'm sure this is just my initiation into the adult world, but it scares me in some ways. I kinda like it, being an adult. But sometimes I wish I was still 6 years old like my campers, and my biggest issues was worrying about who would sit next to me on the bus. Ah the joys of almost being a junior in college.

The fact that I'm almost a junior is insane. I'm so close to being done, and I feel like I'm just starting. Actually I am just starting, but I'm going the loophole seminary way about it.

My life now is devoted to camp and school. But the good news is, I only have 5 more days of class. Then I'll actually have time to maybe start jogging. Almost.

Right now I'm working on keeping my sanity, personal space, and humour.

Scratch That...

Divinity is beyond nasty when it's hard.
EWWWWWW

simply divine

I made Divinity. No, I'm not really sure what it is supposed to be either. It is however very sugary, and kinda tastes like marshmallow fluff. it's odd. I don't think I'll make it again.
What I would like to make is salt water taffy, but that requires pepermint essence. anyone have some? I know I can get it a S&S, but I'm being lazy. And I'm experimented out for the day.

Well, it's here...

Camp that is. it completely takes up most of my free time. But that's probably why I love it. there's something about a hectic stressful day in camp that makes all of us go "hey, let's go do it again!" or not, but I still love it. I have on average 11 girls who are adorable.
today being the fourth of July, there wasn't camp, Thank G-D. we can all use a break now and then. so my dad took us to see Gilette Castle. this castle was built by the guy who acted in a bunch of Sherlock Holmes movies. it was fun, although hot. and NOT big at all, I mean it took us half and hour to walk through the whole castle, and that was after lsitening to a short info speech, and looking at every picture on the wall. but it still beat hanging around the hot house. and we did get to see the pretty country side.
